- Did you identify the main safety issue quickly?
- Did you state a clear decision?
- Did you explain the reasoning rather than list facts?
- Did you include patient or prescriber communication?
- Did timing or nerves disrupt your structure?
Preparation for a later attempt should focus on full answers aloud, unfamiliar scenarios and realistic time limits. Score your response on safety, reasoning, communication and follow-up, not only whether you recognised the clinical issue.
